INSPECTION FOR REAL ESTATE STAKEHOLDERS
1st stage-
- We encourage inspections when the structure is ready but finishing has not started- eg. starting of civil work, flooring, woodwork, window, plumbing, electrical work, etc
- It helps to understand gaps and thus precautionary actions can be taken which otherwise will become a very cumbersome, time killing and costly jobs in later stages.
2nd stage-
- When the Plumbing and Electrical lines are laid.
- Plumbing check - It ensures proper quality analysis of plumbing joints and fixing pattern of plumbing lines, water pressure testing, proper gaps from flooring or walls , waterproofing, sunken area, etc.
- Electrical check- wire colour coding is of utmost importance and can be taken care of, switch board installation points, load distribution, wire connections etc.
3rd stage-
- This inspection is planned at the stage of Wall Plaster, flooring work , doors, windows and cabinet installations, plumbing fixtures installation, Electrical installations.
- This inspection ensures proper quality management in overall finishing work and thus saves a lot of time and money.
Final 4th stage-
- Inspection id planned before the handover of the complete property to check complete Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and their Safety parameters.
- Our Clients share these reports with the respective contractors / departments who will correct the respective issues after every stage of inspection.
- Developers can take the decision of correction parameters.
- Our team will then go and verify the corrections done and give you a status report.
